This policy explains how PBZ-WIKI (pbz-wiki.com) handles personal data when you visit. It covers this site only, not the pages it links to. The site is run by its editors, and the contact point for every privacy matter is Contact@pbz-wiki.com.
Cookies and similar technologies. Cookies are small files a site asks your browser to store; related technologies include local storage and pixels. This site does not ask you to create an account. When ads are shown here, Google LLC and its advertising partners may set cookies and similar technologies in your browser, as described below.
Advertising. When this site displays ads, they are served by Google LLC. Google LLC and its advertising partners use cookies, including the DoubleClick cookie, to serve ads based on your prior visits to this site and to other sites. That is what makes an ad personalized. The partners, and how Google uses this information, are listed at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Legal bases. Where the GDPR applies: personalized advertising and the cookies it uses rest on your consent (Article 6(1)(a)); running the site, keeping it secure and the hosting data described below rest on our legitimate interest in operating the site (Article 6(1)(f)); answering your email rests on our legitimate interest in replying to readers; where the law requires specific handling, we rely on that legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)). Consent can be withdrawn at any time; the section on consent explains how.
Opting out of personalized advertising. You can turn off personalized advertising from Google LLC in Google Ads Settings: www.google.com/settings/ads. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising at www.aboutads.info/choices/. These are run by others and cover personalized advertising only. They do not withdraw the consent you gave to this site.
Consent in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland. Where consent is required, personalized ads are served only after you agree through a Google-certified consent management platform (CMP). You can change your mind at any time with the Privacy settings link in the page footer — it opens the consent settings where a consent message is used, and otherwise brings you back to this section — or by writing to Contact@pbz-wiki.com. Deleting this site's cookies and site data only removes the local record; it is not a formal withdrawal of consent.
Ads without personalization. Where consent is required and not given, ads may still appear without personalization. They are chosen from the page context, but Google LLC may still use cookies for frequency capping, aggregate reporting and fraud prevention.
Hosting and access logs. This site does not keep readable raw request logs; the free hosting plan it runs on does not offer that feature. The hosting and content delivery network handle edge data as a processor under their own privacy policies. If any statistics are enabled, they are aggregated only and carry no personal identifiers.
How long data is kept. Email you send us is kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted. Consent records for advertising are kept by Google LLC and its CMP under Google's own policies. Local storage in `/tools/` stays until you clear it in your browser.
International transfers. Google LLC is a company in the United States, and our content delivery network may process requests in other countries. Where personal data leaves the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, the transfer relies on safeguards such as the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or, where applicable, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Google's approach is described in its privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
Local storage in `/tools/`. The boss checklist in the tools section saves its state in your browser's local storage. That state stays on your device, is not sent to us, and is removed when you clear site data.
Email you send us. If you write to Contact@pbz-wiki.com, we receive your address and whatever you include in the message. We use it to reply and for nothing else. We do not sell it and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Your rights. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see, correct, delete, restrict or object to the use of your personal data, and to receive a copy of it. Write to Contact@pbz-wiki.com to make a request; we may ask for enough detail to identify you before we act. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. Under the GDPR, we answer a request within one month; if a request is complex, we may extend that by two further months, and we will tell you within the first month why.
Children. This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, write to us and it will be deleted.
Changes to this policy. The site may change, including when advertising starts. This policy will be updated when that happens, and the effective date below will change with it.
Effective date. This version takes effect on 28 October 2026.
